Standard shipping may take up to 5-7 business days post order processing. 

Order processing time frame may vary but typically falls between 1-3 days. During this time your orders go through strict quality checks before they are sent out.

 

Free standard shipping above orders worth INR500.

COD option is available: COD handling changes would be INR100.

Return & Refund Policy

We do not take return/exchange requests on products that are once sold. All incoming orders are matched up against a standard quality control checklist and are are only sent out upon meeting those standards. Hence, it is unlikely for the package to be damaged / defective / mismatched. However, upon such rare occurrence of receiving damaged/defective product, customers may reach out to us at our WA +91-7217653013 with their return or exchange requests. Refunds to be made under source accounts / as directed by the customers in case of COD orders

 

 

Note: Products eligible for returns would be considered damaged/defective/mismatched if they are torn, appears to be previously used, or is entirely different from the ones own in the product page. These in discrepancies are to be checked by the customer upon arrival itself. 

Products are not eligible for return on instances such as: color hue variations, slight imperfection in prints, as it can be the result of hand made process. Color bleeding, as some fabric are inherently bound to bleed upon washing more than the others.
